Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Glazed ("the site"). By signing in you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use Glazed

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may only sign in with a Minecraft account you own and control.
• One account per person. Creating extra accounts to collect bonuses, rain or referral rewards is not allowed.

2. In-game coins only

Glazed only handles DonutSMP in-game coins. Coins have no real-world value on Glazed and cannot be bought from us or sold to us. Using Glazed to trade coins, items or accounts for real money is prohibited and leads to a permanent ban and loss of balance.

Glazed is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to DonutSMP, Mojang AB or Microsoft.

3. Deposits

• Deposit by paying the exact amount shown to the payment account named on the site. Payments to any other name are not our responsibility.
• Payments that don't match an open deposit are reviewed by staff and may be credited or returned.
• Deposits must be wagered 1× before they can be withdrawn.

4. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal 100K, fee 2%, and a limit of 1B per rolling 24 hours.
• Withdrawals above 50M are reviewed before payment.
• Withdrawals are paid in game to the account you signed in with and depend on the payment bot being online.
• We may hold withdrawals while we investigate suspected abuse, cheating or multiple accounts.

5. Bonuses and rewards

• The sign-up bonus must be wagered 5× before withdrawal. Other free coins (daily rewards, promo codes, rain, level-up bonuses and referral rewards) must be wagered 3×.
• Free rewards unlock after linking a Discord account at least 30 days old or making a deposit, and are limited to one per person, device and network.
• We can change or end any promotion at any time and remove rewards obtained by abuse.

6. Games and fairness

• Every game has a house edge, shown on its page. You can lose coins.
• Outcomes are provably fair and can be checked on the fairness page.
• The maximum payout of a single bet is 1B; bets that could exceed it are rejected.
• If a technical fault interrupts a round, affected bets are refunded.

7. Conduct

No harassment, hate speech, scams, begging, advertising or impersonating staff in chat. Moderators may delete messages, mute or ban accounts.

8. Account closure

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Balances of accounts closed for fraud, multi-accounting or real-money trading may be forfeited.

9. No guarantees

The site is provided as is. DonutSMP may change its rules, economy or availability at any time, which may affect deposits and withdrawals. We are not responsible for losses caused by DonutSMP, Minecraft outages or actions of third parties.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
